Vertical Glass Joint Seal - 8-10mm Glass, Inline 180

What this seal is

A clear vertical joint seal for connecting two panels of 8–10mm glass together inline at 180°. The rigid PVC U-channel simply pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive, no screws — and holds the two panes in a neat, straight line.

It is most commonly used on the vertical sections of glass panels in shower screens and enclosures, closing the joint between two panes so water stays where it should. The clear PVC is barely visible once fitted.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks at the panel joint. A worn or missing joint seal lets water find its way between panels — replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring and plaster from long-term water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The channel grips 8–10mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and can be removed or repositioned without leaving residue.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 8–10mm thick and measure the height of the joint between the two panels.

2. Choose. Order the 2000mm length and trim it down, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

3. Fit. Remove the old seal, trim the new one to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of one panel so it bridges neatly across to the other. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
