What this support bar is

An adjustable telescopic support bar that holds and stabilises a shower screen, shower door or wet room panel. It clamps over the glass using the spacers provided — no drilling into the glass — and spans gaps from 700mm up to 1200mm between two fixed panels.

Because the bar is telescopic there is no tricky cutting: simply extend it to the size you need and lock it in place with the grub screws for a smooth, finished look every time. Made from stainless steel with a polished chrome finish to match the rest of your bathroom, and supplied with all fixings required.

Why fit this support bar

Stops wobble in fixed panels. A wet room screen or shower panel that flexes when touched feels unsafe and stresses its wall fixings. A support bar braces the glass rigid and secure.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Measure the gap between the two fixed glass panels — anything from 700mm to 1200mm is covered.

2. Adjust. Extend the telescopic bar to the measured size and lock it with the grub screws.

3. Fit. Insert the panels into the clips using the provided spacers to protect the glass, then tighten the screws to secure.
