What this roller is

A replacement upper roller wheel for sliding shower doors, supplied as a single roller with screw cover caps included. The swivel action lets the wheel follow the track, so these rollers also fit curved and quadrant doors.

The easy-glide wheel is 6mm thick and fits glass 5–6mm thick with a fixing hole of 10–13mm diameter. The centre of the hole sits 18mm from the edge of the glass, and the distance from the front of the glass to the wheel is 19mm.

Which wheel size do I need?

The wheel is available in three diameters: 20mm, 23mm or 25mm. Measure your old wheel straight across its widest point and match the diameter exactly — a different size can leave the door sitting wrongly on its track.

Why fit this roller

Gets the door gliding again. A worn or seized upper roller makes a sliding door drag, stick and jump the track. A fresh easy-glide wheel restores smooth, quiet movement in minutes.

Fitting

1. Measure. Measure your old wheel’s diameter, and check your glass is 5–6mm thick with a 10–13mm fixing hole whose centre sits 18mm from the glass edge.

2. Choose. Pick the matching wheel diameter — 20mm, 23mm or 25mm.

3. Fit. Unscrew the old roller, screw the new one into the same hole and fit the screw cover caps. Check the door runs smoothly and adjust as needed.
