Vertical Shower Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Fin 8/12/16mm

What this seal is

A clear vertical seal for shower and bath screens with 4–6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass — no adhesive needed — and grips glass of 4mm, 5mm or 6mm on its own, while a soft side fin reaches across to close the gap.

It's most often used vertically on the upright edge of a door, frequently working in conjunction with another similar-shaped seal on the adjacent panel so the two fins meet and seal as the door closes. It can also be fitted along the bottom of a screen.

Choose the right fin width

The soft fin is available in three widths: 8mm, 12mm or 16mm. Measure the gap the fin needs to reach across, then pick the width that comfortably covers it. If your gap sits between two sizes, choose the wider fin — the soft blade flexes and gives a tighter seal.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks at the door edge. A worn or missing vertical seal lets water spray straight past the edge of the door. A fresh fin closes the gap and keeps the water where it belongs.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the height of the door edge, and measure the gap the fin needs to cover.

2. Choose. Pick the fin width that covers your gap — the 2000mm length can be cut down, or use our custom cutting service.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the channel onto the edge of the glass so the fin faces the gap. Done — no tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
