Vertical Shower Seal - 4-6mm Glass, Rigid Fin & 5mm Lip

What this seal is

A clear vertical seal for shower and bath screens with 4mm, 5mm or 6mm glass. The rigid PVC U-section pushes onto the edge of the glass and grips comfortably with no adhesive, while the rigid fin closes the gap between the glass and the adjacent wall, tiles or panel.

Because the fin is rigid rather than flexible, this seal is normally used vertically on the upright edge of the glass — though it can also be used horizontally where there is a 5mm tall gap beneath the screen. Sold as a single length.

Choose your length

Available in 900mm, 1400mm and 2000mm lengths. Pick the length at or above the edge you are sealing and cut it down at home, or use our custom cutting service and it arrives ready to fit.

Why fit this seal

Stops leaks at the side of the screen. A worn or missing vertical seal lets water escape between the glass and the wall — replacing it takes minutes and protects flooring and plaster from long-term water damage.

No adhesive, no mess. The U-channel grips 4–6mm glass on its own — it slides straight on and comes off without leaving residue.

Rigid fin, firm seal. The stiff fin bridges the gap to the wall or fixed panel and holds its shape shower after shower, and the clear PVC is barely visible once fitted.

Cut to fit at home. Order the next length up and trim it for an exact edge-to-edge fit, or let us cut it for you.

Fitting in three steps

1. Measure. Check your glass is 4–6mm thick, measure the height of the glass edge, and check the gap you are closing.

2. Choose. Pick the nearest length at or above that measurement — 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm.

3. Fit. Trim to length if needed, then push the U-channel onto the edge of the glass so the fin faces the wall or panel. No tools, no adhesive, no drying time.
