Acrylic Roof Tile Paint – Refresh & Protect Tiled Roofs

Water-based acrylic roof-tile paint for restoring colour and providing a uniform decorative finish on sound, correctly prepared concrete, clay and fibre-cement roof tiles. The coating is intended for roof refurbishment where the substrate is structurally serviceable and suitable for painting.

Roof assessment and preparation

Inspect the roof before coating. Tiles must be sound, securely fixed and free from moss, algae, dirt and loose or flaking paint. Repair defective tiles, flashings and water-ingress problems before decorative coating. This product is not a substitute for structural roof repairs or waterproofing remedial work.

Application guidance

Apply thin, even coats by brush, roller or suitable spray equipment during a stable dry-weather window. Water may be used for thinning only where the current product instructions permit it. Cold, damp or poorly ventilated conditions extend drying times. Plan safe access, edge protection and overspray control before work begins; roof work should be carried out only by competent people using appropriate equipment.

Coverage and colour planning

The stated 6–8 m² per litre is an approximate single-coat guide. Profile depth, tile porosity, surface condition, application method and losses can materially change the quantity required.
