10-12mm is the thickest glass we supply seals for, used in high-end frameless enclosures and large walk-in panels. It is a specialist range — around 86 profiles — because far fewer seal shapes are made to grip glass this thick, and a profile cut for 8mm will not hold on a 12mm pane.
Check your glass thickness with a gauge or calliper before ordering rather than estimating; the difference between 10mm and 8mm is easy to misjudge by eye and it is the single most common cause of a seal that will not stay on.
Gaps covered run from 2mm to 45mm. The range includes nine magnetic closing pairs, seven vertical seals for upright edges, glass-to-glass joins for panel-to-panel corners, and eight profiles in black to match dark-framed enclosures.
All profiles can be cut to your exact length, and a 25mm sample is available on most so you can test the grip on your own glass first.
